Exploring the product tour

The product tour uses illustrative station data. Filter selections, sample opportunities and pricing scenarios stay in the current page session. They are not sent to a ChargeViz customer database and reset when you reload the page.

The website application does not install advertising trackers or Google Analytics. Hosting and access services may process technical connection data, such as an IP address and request logs, to deliver and protect the website. Access cookies may be required for this private preview.

Website audience and performance

On chargeviz.com, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits, page views and loading performance. This service does not use cookies, local storage or fingerprinting to track individual visitors. It is not loaded on our private preview.

We do not send contact-form contents or product-tour selections to Web Analytics. Cloudflare does not log URL query strings for this service. See Cloudflare Web Analytics for details.

Contacting us and booking a meeting

The form indicates the available sending method. “Open email draft” prepares a message in your own email app, which you review and send yourself. If “Send message” is available, the website transmits your name, email, company and message to ChargeViz through Resend. The website does not store a copy in a customer database.

When direct sending is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated abuse. It processes technical browser and connection information for this verification. These services are not loaded for the email-draft option when direct sending is unavailable. Resend’s privacy notice and Turnstile’s privacy notice explain their processing.

If you email us or book a meeting, we receive the contact details and information you choose to provide so we can respond, arrange the meeting and discuss your request. This processing is necessary to take steps at your request before a possible contract, or to respond to professional enquiries in our legitimate interest.

Booking takes place on Google Calendar, outside this website. Its form identifies the information needed to make the appointment. Only the people handling your enquiry and the service providers needed to deliver it should have access. Contact us for the retention period applicable to your enquiry or to request deletion, subject to any legal retention requirement.

External content and services

The Tesla pricing page embeds three charts from Datawrapper. They load as you approach them on the page, which sends technical requests to Datawrapper, including connection information. Customer logos are hosted with this website.

The interactive product map requests map styles, tiles and fonts from OpenFreeMap. These requests share technical connection information with the map provider. Map selections in the tour remain illustrative.

Provider notices: Datawrapper, Google, OpenAI and Cloudflare. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the arrangements described in their notices.

Your rights

Depending on the applicable conditions, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict processing, object to processing or request portability. If processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it. Send your request to srilhac@chargeviz.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
